Drawing on my experience in real estate and land investments, I bring a unique and extensive background to the profession of Realtor. I believe it is well past the time to raise the bar in real estate sales in the desert. Experience - My interest in real estate started early, sometime in junior high school. My broker/attorney father spent a lot of his time looking at vacant land investment properties and putting real estate syndicates together, often with me in tow. The most important lesson that I learned as "Dad's Real Estate Assistant" in Dirt 101 Class was that it’s remarkably easy to buy bad dirt. Vacant land is tricky stuff and not all of it will appreciate over time.
After junior high and high school, I went on to college, graduate school, eventually to law school earning degrees in psychology and law. I did practice law for awhile, but found my real interests were elsewhere.
